RapidBuild Pty Ltd was established in 2004 by CEC Group Ltd, one of the most established and progressive construction and development companies in Northern Queensland.

RapidBuild system is a construction manufacturing concept that produces pre-cast concrete and steel wall panels and steel roofing structures in-factory. The components are then delivered to the construction site for quick assembly by our skilled team who also carry out the necessary site works to take the project to lock-up stage. RapidBuild act as a sole subcontractor to licensed builders who then simply take over the project to completion for occupancy by their customer. RapidBuilds innovative process can be done in less than six weeks with minimal construction delays due to bad weather or waiting for materials and specialised labour.
