Tropical North Queensland's most dynamic Residential Development, 'Cairns One', offers a unique village lifestyle with a range of facilities never before offered so close to the Central Business District. HS Vision Group contracted Visual Obsession to colour and texture the floor plans for the Cairns One apartments, penthouses and villas.

Visual Obsession recieved the basic plans from the architect, and used them as a template to develop a series of full-colour plans with a unique set of textures. These plans are presented on a sheet with details about the property, allowing potential buyers to gain a good feel of the property before it is even built.
